My career started in New York City, working at Discovery Networks, where I helped brands shine on a global stage while driving over $100 million in media sales revenue.
Founding Ultimate Hoops, Inc. was a pivotal moment for me—transforming a small idea inspired by playing in New York City’s recreational basketball leagues into a nationally recognized brand within just 18 months, which led to its acquisition by Life Time, Inc.
That success led me to launch Arlt Consulting Co., where I now help sports ventures launch, grow, and thrive.
When I’m not immersed in my business, I’m at home with my amazing wife, Mary, our daughters, Olivia and Mila, and our golden retrievers, Romeo and Jake.
